1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the below payment options:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

2. When can i expect my order?

  • Order cutoff time: 22:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days, (Monday to Friday). After this time, the shipment is delivered to the carrier company and is ready for transit.
  • Transit time: 3 to 8 business days, (Monday to Friday).

If these timeframes have passed and you still haven't received your package, please reach out to our customer service team at info@kensastyle.co.uk.

3. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Be sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails may end up there. Please note, it may take some time for your Track & Trace link to become active.

4. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the Track & Trace number sent to your email. Simply enter the number on our Track your Order page to view the status of your delivery. You can access the tracking page here.

5. When will I get paid after returning my product?

Once we receive your return and approved the return, you will get the refund within 5 days on your original payment method. Check our Return & Refund Policy for more information. 

6.Exchanges ?
Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.
