Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.
Simple 6-Step Return Process
Products must be new and within 30 days of receipt.

- Pack and ship items (return label and shipping costs are your responsibility)
- Updates provided throughout process
- Confirmation upon receipt
- Refund processed within 5 business days
There are certain situations where refunds can be refused.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged by your fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after you've received it.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically issued to your payment method within 5 days, using the same payment method you placed the order with.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund even after 5 days, check first with your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider/company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
Return Label
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. We do not provide the shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. The money will be refunded on the original payment method that was used. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the damage. Also rest assured the damaged product will be replaced free of cost. Items must be unused and reported in their original packaging.
Customer Remorse Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because of an ordering mistake, please note that you will be responsible for the actual costs of returning the product. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing to ensure satisfaction with your selections.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You can shop with confidence knowing that if you need to return an item, there won’t be any additional charges for processing the return beyond the shipping costs, if applicable.
